Watermelon Pops
Summer is almost here and we’re rounding up our favorite warm weather recipes. We leveled up out refreshing watermelon with Memorial Day/Fourth of July vibes. My kids find every food is more fun on a pop stick and I love that their hands stay mess free.
Ingredients
- 111 Watermelon
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup White Chocolate, melted
- 3 pinch3 pinch3 pinch Color Kitchen Foods Red Food Color
- 3 pinch3 pinch3 pinch Color Kitchen Foods Blue Food Color
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Blueberries
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sprinkles
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Organic Dried Cranberries

- 1. On a cutting board, slice the watermelon in half. Take one half and slice a 1/2 inch - 1 inch circle all around to make a flat piece of watermelon. Cut this in half both ways so you have 4 even triangles. Cut a little slice in the bottom and slide in a popsicle stick.
- 2. Decorate your watermelon pops to your liking, and enjoy!
