Watermelon Pops (Edit recipe)

Summer is almost here and we’re rounding up our favorite warm weather recipes. We leveled up out refreshing watermelon with Memorial Day/Fourth of July vibes. My kids find every food is more fun on a pop stick and I love that their hands stay mess free.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. On a cutting board, slice the watermelon in half. Take one half and slice a 1/2 inch - 1 inch circle all around to make a flat piece of watermelon. Cut this in half both ways so you have 4 even triangles. Cut a little slice in the bottom and slide in a popsicle stick.
  2. 2. Decorate your watermelon pops to your liking, and enjoy!
