Patriotic Banana Pops (Edit recipe)

Let’s make red, white, and blueberry banana pops for Memorial Day! Did you know that when frozen, bananas become creamy like ice cream? These pops are a healthy way to sneak in a fruit and couldn’t be easier to make. They’re also a great way to use up those bananas that have been sitting on your counter all week!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Melt your white chocolate with coconut oil and stir well.
  3. 3. Peel your bananas and cut in half. Dip a cake pop stick in the chocolate and push it through the bottom of the banana so half the stick remains for you to hold. Repeat for all banana halves and place on the parchment paper.
  4. 4. Dunk your bananas in the chocolate or drizzle it on top. Spread the chocolate all over.
  5. 5. Blot your fruit with a paper towel so they'll stick better to the chocolate. Decorate with any your fruit toppings, and freeze for 2+ hours. Enjoy!
