Zucchini Brownies
These brownies are so delicious, your kids will have no idea that there are hidden veggies in them. My kids loved these and ate two in one sitting! Plus, the zucchini makes the brownies much more fudgey and moist. These are truly delicious.
Ingredients

- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cane Sugar
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Almond Flour

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Olive Oil

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cocoa Powder

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease an 8x8 brownie pan.
- In a mixing bowl, add your zucchini, eggs, sugar, almond flour, baking powder and vanilla extract. Stir together. Then fold in your olive oil. Last, add your cocoa powder. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour into the brownie pan and place in the oven.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
