Sweet and Salty Bars
This may be my favorite remake yet - SWEET AND SALTY PEANUT BARS!
Ellie saw these in Costco and wanted them. I saw 20 ingredients and knew I could make this with 4, and only one sweetener. Enter: your new favorite addiction that is way better for you than store bought.
I tested this about 5 different times before I was really happy with the texture, and just love how they turned out.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix the base ingredients together in a bowl. Spread in a granola bar mold and fill about 3/4 of the way. (You can also use a loaf pan if you don't have granola bar molds). Freeze for 30-60 min
- Mix peanut topping together in a bowl. Spread about 1-2 TBS of peanut mixture over the top of the bars and freeze again for another hour. Store in fridge.
Notes
These work best with the unflavored protein powder (you can save $ with the code SAGEANDCELERY) from the brand I listed), oat flour would be the next best option if you don't want to use protein powder.
