Easy Mango Froyo!
If you're as excited for warmer temperatures as I am than you will love celebrating with this 3 ingredient mango froyo! So easy, high protein, and no refined sugars added here! I topped mine toasted coconut flakes and mini white chocolate chips and it was the perfect treat!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Mango
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Honey

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend ingredients together, then pour into ice cube tray/silicone tray and freeze until hardened, at least 3 hours
- Then, place frozen cubes in blender or processor and blend until smooth, scraping sides in between. It will be thick! If you need help blending add a little more yogurt, but not liquid as it will take away from the frozen yogurt could consistency
- Enjoy right away!
- Store leftovers in freezer and allow to thaw 15/20 min to soft (or microwave slightly)
