Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Whisk powdered sugar, egg white, and vanilla together
  2. Add 1-2 tbsp water until a paste is formed. Can add more a tsp at a time if need be
  3. Separate into 3 small bowls
  4. Add each colorant to each bowl- blue spirulina, freeze dried raspberry powder, and turmeric
  5. Place colored pasta into piping bag or ziplock bag with a tiny hole poked in the corner
  6. Line onto wax paper or parchment paper into long singular lines
  7. Allow to dry for 24 hours. They should feel like uncooked spaghetti when dry
  8. Use a knife to cut into pieces or simple break apart with your fingers
  9. Store in an airtight container

Notes

* I found 1 large egg white was equivalent to 2 tbsp. Can use carton egg whites as well *can use organic powdered sugar in place of powdered monkfruit *can color with whatever you wish, even natural dyes. The color will fade slightly as they dry so add enough to make a deep hue for the paste
