You will want to slather this tasty Mango BBQ Sauce on everything!  It is perfect for that extra ripe mango you have laying around and is ready in less than 10 minutes.  No cooking involved.  I like to put it on grilled or baked chicken.  It is also delicious on shrimp and fish.

I made this as soon as I saw it. Came together unbelievably quick. I basted my chicken with it and the result was so good. There was lots left over for brushing over my chicken after cooking. I will also use this for dipping/finger foods. I’ll absolutely make this again and attempt freezing it. Another winning condiment from Penny.
