Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Put all ingredients, except chicken, in a high speed blender till smooth (it will be thick).
  2. Reserve half of the sauce for dipping.
  3. Gently lift the chicken skin with your fingers (I wear gloves for this).
  4. Rub marinade under the skin on both sides of the chicken.
  5. Rub marinade over outside of entire chicken.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Spray air fryer basket with oil.
  8. Air fry 390 degrees for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Around 40 minutes in check with thermometer for 165 degrees at the thickest part.
  10. Enjoy!
