philly cheesesteak skillet
i know philly cheesesteak is usually a sandwich, but why not make it into an easy skillet? great easy dinner served over veggies, fries, or chips!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb US Wellness Meats Ground Beef (85% Lean)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Water
- 111 Onion, sliced
- 2 - 32 - 32 - 3 Bell Pepper, sliced
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms, diced
- 111 Avocado Oil, for sautéing
- 444 Provolone Cheese, or swiss cheese
- 111 Russet Potatoes, or any other cooked veggies

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a large skillet, brown ground meat.
- in a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients for meat, then add to cooked ground meat.
- bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- in a separate skillet, saute veggies in avocado oil & cook until caramelized.
- to build your bowl, first start with potatoes or other veggies as your base (could also do a layer of tortilla chips).
- then add your philly meat, sautéed veggies, provolone/swiss cheese, & enjoy!
