  1. Blend all your oats ingredients until smooth and combined.
  2. Add chopped mango to a jar/container.
  3. Pour blended oats mixture over the mango.
  4. Top with yoghurt, more chopped mango, and place in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!

Notes

Can use any yoghurt/milk of choice - I always opt for one that is calcium-fortified to get those essential nutrients. Feel free to add 2tbsp protein powder for a higher protein breakfast
