Dairy-Free Chicken Sausage Pesto Pasta
This healthy, family friendly dinner recipe is totally dairy-free and packed with flavor and protein! Who doesn't love a high protein dinner that's also flavorful and fun?
Ingredients
Pasta
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Rotini
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Chicken Sausage
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Grape Tomatoes
Pesto
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Baby Spinach
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Soy Milk
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Pecans
- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Chicken Instant Bone Broth, 1 packet
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cook pasta per box instructions.
- While that cooks, add all pesto ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Drain pasta, reserving a few tbsp pasta water in bottom of pot.
- Add pasta into the pasta, then add cooked chicken sausage and halved grape tomatoes.
- Enjoy hot!
