Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Melt ghee in a large stock pot.
  2. Add onions and celery and cook till soft.
  3. Add garlic, stir one minute.
  4. Add meatballs and don't touch for 3 minutes.
  5. Flip them over, cover pot and cook 5 minutes.
  6. Add chicken broth, potatoes, mushrooms, carrots and spice.
  7. Bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer and cook 10 minutes or till carrots are tender.
  8. Add coconut cream, stirring well.
  9. Add Kale, stirring till wilted.
  10. Enjoy!

you can use ground pork and add sausage seasoning before rolling into meatballs
