  1. Wash and chop your cauliflower into bite sized pieces
  2. In a bowl combine the egg and almond milk and mix until combined.
  3. In another bowl add the Nut Crumbs
  4. Add your cauliflower florets one at a time to the egg mixture and then to the nut crumbs, lightly coating in the nut mixutre
  5. Place on a parchment sheet lined baking pan and repeat until all cauliflower is coated
  6. Bake in the oven at 350F for 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and crispy
