This cinnamon roll inspired smoothie tastes like a freshly baked cinnamon roll crammed into a glass! It's irresistibly sweet and creamy and complete with a cinnamon swirl glaze. This smoothie is filled with wholesome ingredients, sneaky veggies, and about 25 grams of protein! It's made in just 10 minutes and makes for a great breakfast or snack.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. First, soak the pitted date in a small bowl of very warm water for at least 5 minutes. This will help it soften up for easier blending.
  2. While the date is soaking, add all remaining ingredients to a high powered blender. Add in the soaked date.
  3. Blend until smooth and until the dates and oats are fully broken down, about 1 minute. Add more soy milk to reach your desired consistency, if necessary. Pour into a glass.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients for the cinnamon swirl glaze. Use a spoon to drizzle it on top of the smoothie in a swirl shape. Enjoy!
