This is such a fun spin on the viral frozen protein s’mores that is going around. I saw someone put it on a rice cake and thought that was genius! I had to try! Sure enough, it’s genius!!

  1. First, melt your chocolate chips and set aside.
  2. Mix together the whipped cream and vanilla protein powder.
  3. On top of your rice cake, spread the almond butter on top. Then cover with coconut. Top with a hefty mound of the whipped cream and protein mixture. Cover that in chocolate and place in the freezer to let it harden.
  4. After about 2 hours, enjoy!
