Matcha and shamrocks go hand in hand in my opinion! These are high in protein low in sugar and such a simple sweet treat to have on hand!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and matcha. Stir in maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla, until a dough forms.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in 20-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour a spoonful of melted chocolate into the each shamrock mold until halfway filled.
  4. Place a small amount of cookie dough into the middle of the shamrocks.
  5. Add remaining melted chocolate, ensuring the top is fully covered.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  7. Enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer.
