Blueberry Chia Pudding
My favourite way to get my fibre in for the day! Super flavourful and an amazing brekky option when topped with yogurt and fruit!
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Honey

- 60 grams60 grams60 grams Vanilla Protein Powder, (Optional)

- In a blender combine the blueberries, almond milk, honey, and protein powder
- Blend until smooth
- Split the mixture between 3 containers and mix 1 tbsp of chai seeds into each.
- Let sit overnight, and enjoy with your favourite yogurt or fruits.
