Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Set aside ⅓ cup of the dough for topping. Press the rest evenly into the bottom of the pan.
  5. Spread jam over the base layer.
  6. Crumble the reserved dough on top.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until lightly golden and set.
  8. Let cool completely before slicing (they firm up as they cool!).
