- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Real Salt - Redmond

- 0.333 - 0.5 cup0.333 - 0.5 cup0.333 - 0.5 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder, see notes for my favorites
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Maple Bliss Nut Butter - Mixed Up Foods, or nut/seed butter of choice

- 1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp Psyllium Husk, Ground
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ceylon

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Put cauliflower rice, milk, and salt in a large bowl and cover with a paper towel. Microwave for 4 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Add more milk if you think it's too dry. Enjoy!
