Ingredients

  • 0.5 whole Onion, Red or yellow works great
  • 2 whole Jalapeño Pepper, You can use 1-2 depending on how spicy you like it
  • 2 whole Tomato
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 1 clove Garlic, Optional

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. In your food processed place your onion and garlic (optional) in it and pulse for 5-10 seconds.
  2. 2. Add your jalepeno that has been cut in chunks. Add your tomato and lime juice and pulse until chunky.
  3. 3. Lastly add the cilantro and a pinch of salt if desired and pulse for a few more seconds or until you hit your desired texture.
  4. 4. Serve chilled for best taste!

Notes

This is a great salsa to make ahead of time! Feel free add more or less jalepeno depending on how spicy you like it!
