Gluten Free Witch’s Cauldron Brownies
These witch's cauldron brownies are so fun for your Halloween festivities! They're gluten free, dairy free, and artificial dye-free!
Ingredients
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour - Primal Palate

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Cocoa Powder

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Baking Soda
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Sea Salt

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Dark Chocolate, Melted

- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs, Room temp
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Almond Butter, Runny

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto, Or raw cane sugar

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Cornmilk - Maizly

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Vanilla Frosting - Simple Mills
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Green Food Color - Color Kitchen Foods, Or colorant of choice

- 18 whole18 whole18 whole Gluten-Free Pretzel Sticks

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Whisk wet ingredients together for brownies
- In a separate bowl whisk dry ingredients, then add into wet mixture
- Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray
- Fill mini muffin pan 3/4 way full with brownie batter
- Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes
- As soon as you take them out of the oven use the back side of a 1 tsp measuring spoon to create an indent in the brownie
- Allow to cool 10 min, then remove from tray and onto a wire cooling rack
- Whip your icing with colorant(s) of choice until desired shade is achieved
- Pipe into the divots of your brownies
- Decorate with sprinkles as the “bubbling cauldron” and pretzel sticks
- Enjoy!
