Introducing my honey roasted carrots AKA candied carrots made possible with Josie's Sweet Caviar brand. Super impressive yet minimal steps!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Wash and slice up mini farm fresh carrots in half
  3. Spread honey, salt and pepper in baking dish to coat the base of the baking dish
  4. Add carrots laying flat and roast them in the oven for 20 minutes (or until golden and fork goes through them)
  5. While carrots are roasting, prepare whipped feta spread
  6. In a food processor, add your feta and olive oil, whip until smooth
  7. Place whipped fetta in bowl, followed by candied carrots, extra salt, and pepper to taste
  8. Use fresh rosemary as a garnish around the dish
  9. Serve alone or add some crackers or bread for dipping
  10. Enjoy!

Notes

This dish is good for about 3 to 4 people as an appetizer.
