Peanut Butter Protein Stuffed Pretzels
This little treat is the perfect snack for your picky toddlers. We have a hard time getting in protein. It may not taste like it has nutrients in it but that’s because they’re hidden. The minute I told my toddler that these have cookie dough in them he devoured them. These are so easy to make And they’re so nice to have in the freezer when your kids need something sweet.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

- 20 - 30 whole20 - 30 whole20 - 30 whole Pretzels

- First, add your almond flour, protein powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl. Mix together until the cookie dough texture is form.
- Roll, a small cookie dough ball and smashed it between two pretzels to make a sandwich. Set it on a piece of parchment paper and repeat.
- Melt your chocolate and dip each pretzel in the chocolate. You can add sprinkles if you want.
- Place in the freezer to let the chocolate harden and enjoy!
