Ingredients
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Gluten-Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour - Bob's Red Mill, Sifted
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cocoa Powder, Sifted, I used Guittard Cocoa Rogue Powder

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Granulated White Sugar

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 222 Eggs
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Baking Powder

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Bean Paste

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 11 Tbsp11 Tbsp11 Tbsp Butter, Salted, Melted and cooled

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Walnuts

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Chocolate Infused Salt - Saltery

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Melt your softened butter in a microwave safe bowl and set aside to cool
- Once cooled add sugars and cream together until light and fluffy
- Slowly add in eggs one by one until thoroughly mixed
- Next add in vanilla bean paste, maple syrup and oil until mixed
- Sift cocoa powder into wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
- In a separate bowl sift flour and baking powder and whisk together
- Add remaining dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold the batter gently
- In a 2.75 qt/2.6L pyrex baking pan spray gently with oil and place parchment paper into the pan
- Pour brownie mixture into the pan and smooth it out evenly
- You can sprinkle whole or chopped walnuts on top of the batter
- Use your spatula to push the nuts down into the batter
- Bake for 35-40 minutes
- Once cooled sprinkle with your desired amount of chocolate infused salt
