Zucchini Christmas Tree Brownies
These brownies are delicious and your kids will never know there is hidden zucchini in it. They are so cute for Christmas too!
Ingredients

- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cocoa Powder

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup All Purpose Flour
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Coconut Sugar

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Confectioners Sugar, Powdered - Swerve, Lakanto

- Preheat your oven to 350. Grease a round cake pan.
- In a blender, add your chopped zucchini and eggs. Blend until smoothie like. Pour into a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir together.
- Pour the batter into the cake pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove and cool.
- Slice the brownies like a pizza, cutting it into triangles.
- In a stand mixer, whisk the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until it reaches a thick, creamy texture. Pipe the whipped cream onto the brownies to cover the Christmas tree.
- Sprinkle with green sprinkles.
- Enjoy!
