Banana Snicker Bars
Sometimes you just have extra bananas sitting around getting a little too ripe for comfort so naturally you spread some peanut butter and chocolate on them, pop them in the freezer and create these Banana Snicker bars!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana, peeled, quartered
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cinnamon Vanilla Pecan Peanut Butter - Georgia Grinders

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup 100% Cacao Organic Vegan Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Chips - Pascha Chocolate Co.

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Peanuts, chopped

- Peel and slice 2 bananas lengthwise to create equal quarters
- Spread peanut butter on each slice,
- Top with peanuts
- Melted dark chocolate and coconut oil and drizzle on top
- Top with a few more peanuts and freeze for 2-3 hrs in the freezer.
- Enjoy frozen or let sit out for a few minutes to soften.
