Peanut balls - not to be confused with buckeyes - are a delicious and healthy crowd favorite party dessert!! They’re the perfect size to share as a potluck dessert or as a little dairy free treat for yourself.

  1. Add your peanut butter, nuts, powdered sugar, and dates to a food processor or blender and blend until combined.
  2. Take 1 tbsp of “dough” and squish into a ball.
  3. Repeat until all dough is used - makes about 18 balls.
  4. Chill balls for 30+ minutes.
  5. Coat in melted chocolate and chill again before serving!
