Cranberry Walnut Chocolate Chunk Cookies
These cranberry walnut chocolate chunk cookies are the perfect holiday treat. The cranberries add just the right amount of tartness to this buttery, chocolaty cookie.
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Unsalted Butter, stick
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Cane Sugar
- 111 Egg
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups1 1/2 cups1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour, + 2 tbsp
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- pinch pinch pinch Salt
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Organic Walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Organic Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, or chocolate chunks

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Using a hand mixer, cream the butter, brown sugar and cane sugar in a large bowl. Add in the egg and vanilla and blend until smooth.
- Add in the flour, baking soda and salt and blend until the ingredients are incorporated. Fold in the chopped walnuts, dried cranberries and chocolate chunks. Place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the dough onto the sheet (about 2 tbsp) and bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
