Baked Spanakopita Pasta
Ever since I tried the Baked Feta Pasta dish by Liemessä, I have been inspired to bake feta as much as possible. I started to think of other dishes that I love that have feta cheese and one that comes to mind is Spanakopita! I thought, I love Spanakopita, I love Pasta…so why not make a Baked Spanakopita Pasta!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Feta Cheese, block
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Spinach, frozen and thawed
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Dill, Fresh, chopped
- 444 Green Onion (Scallion), sliced thin

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, sliced thin

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Oregano, Dried

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lemon, juiced

- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Pasta

- Preheat oven to 450°F
- Add all ingredients, except for the pasta, to a baking dish, and cook for 30 minutes.
- While the Ingredients are baking, boil pasta, drain, and set aside.
- Combine baked ingredients with pasta and Enjoy!
