Cherry Cheesecake French Toast Roll Ups (EASY!)

Filling
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cherry Pie Filling
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Full Fat Cream Cheese, (cut into long strips)
French Toast Mixture
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 6 pieces6 pieces6 pieces White Sandwich Bread
Cinnamon Sugar Mix
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Granulated White Sugar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
Toppings
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Grease a pan over the stove with either unsalted butter or canola oil spray and allow to heat up
- On a cutting board, cut off all sides of the crusts for your toast slices
- Roll out each toast bread with a rolling pin so that they become thinner slices
- Begin to fill the bottom half of the toast breads with your cherry pie topping
- Add 1 long strip of cream cheese and roll up each piece of bread
- In a bowl mix your egg, milk, and vanilla extract
- Dunk each piece of bread into the egg mixture and move directly onto your pan
- Cook until golden on each side and remove from pan
- In a separate bowl, combine your cinnamon & sugar together
- Coat each roll up in this mixture and enjoy with maply syrup/ powdered sugar upon serving
