Skillet Lasagna
Would you believe me if I told you that this Skillet Lasagna is ready in 30 minutes and tastes just like the real deal?! We could hardly believe it ourselves. The flavors are incredible and taste rich and cheesy even though it is dairy free! This is the perfect any day of the week dish when you want dinner on the table quickly! Pair it with a nice salad and you have an amazing meal the family, even the kiddos, will love!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef, I like Rastelli's
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp dried Oregano
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp dried Basil
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Marinara Sauce
- 14 oz14 oz14 oz Hearts of Palm Lasagna
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Dairy-free Ricotta (Kite Hill)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 2-3 Tbsp2-3 Tbsp2-3 Tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped, for garnish

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat oil in 12" skillet
- Add beef, crumble & cook till no longer pink
- Drain any liquid out
- Add half of the marinara sauce
- Add spice, stir to combine
- Add half of the ricotta, stir well
- Layer the "noodles" overlapping if necessary to cover meat sauce completely
- In a small bowl add remaining marinara and ricotta
- Spread over top of noodles
- Cover & simmer 10 minutes on medium low heat
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired
