2 Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies
These 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies are a quick and easy fall treat to make for dessert! They are fudge like in their consistency and so full of your faovirte pumpkin fall flavor!
Ingredients
- 15 oz15 oz15 oz Pumpkin Purée
- 18.8 oz18.8 oz18.8 oz Brownie Mix
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray a 9X13 pan (I used a Pyrex Pan) with a nonstick spray
- Mix together both the pumpkin and brownie mix in a bowl. It gets really thick, I slowly added in the brownie mix and it was still hard to mix up with a whisk.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes and be sure to check for being cooked through
- They are thick enough you could cut them like fudge for a get-together or potluck this fall.
