5 Ingredient Pancake Recipe
It’s Sunday morning and your kids come screaming in your bedroom wanting PANCAKES! You don’t have pre-made mix, you don’t have eggs and you don’t have buttermilk. What to do? Make this recipe! I can guarantee you have all 5 of these ingredients in your pantry and any kind of milk in your fridge. These are the fluffiest pancakes, not to mention super easy to make. You won’t dread whipping this recipe up in less than 10 mins for you and your children to enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Granulated White Sugar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk, Plant Milk works too!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl, add in all your dry, then your milk.
- Whisk until combined.
- In a hot skillet (medium heat) grease your pan with oil, butter or cooking spray.
- Each pancake is about 1/4 cup of badder.
- Cook for 1-2 mins until it bubbles and is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 mins.
- Top with some butter and maple syrups and enjoy!
