  1. In a bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, almond butter, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Shape dough into acorns and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and dip the tops of each acorn into chocolate.
  5. Add sprinkles, if using, then insert half of pretzel stick.
  6. Place in fridge to set.
