  1. In a Dutch oven or medium-sized saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat
  2. Once hot, add chicken, onion, garlic, and seasonings
  3. Mix all together and cook over medium heat until chicken is no longer pink
  4. Add celery and parsnips and stir
  5. Add broth and bring to a simmer
  6. Cover and simmer on low for 15 mins
  7. Add pasta and peas and cover again for 10 mins
  8. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top
