Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Using a hand frother or blender, blend together milk and protein powder.
  2. Pour blended ingredients into the Ninja Creami pint, place storage lid on top, and freeze overnight.
  3. The day you are going to make ice-cream, place chopped apple on stovetop and cook on medium heat for a few minutes. Add coconut sugar and cinnamon to your apples, along with 1/4 cup of water. Once apples are cooked through, mix arrowroot flour with 2 Tbsp of water in a small bowl and add to apple comote. This will thicken the mixture and look like apple pie filling! Add more water, as needed.
  4. Remove frozen Creami container from freezer. Remove pint lid and replace with processing lid and add to base of your Ninja Creami. Spin on “Ice Cream” mode. Remove Creami container from machine and add 1 Tablespoon of milk. Place back in the machine and re-spin. Re-spin process 2x until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  5. Enjoy on a cone or in a small bowl topped with apple slices and caramel.
