step aside beef & broccoli because this asian skillet is elevating you to a whole other level. this dish is full of veggies, flavor, & is easy peasy to throw together. best part is, it requires ONE dish. perfect to throw together for a dinner or have as an easy meal prep for the week.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. to a large skillet, brown ground beef.
  2. once beef is browned, drain excess grease, then transfer beef to a plate.
  3. add frozen peppers & onions to the skillet first & cook for 3-5 minutes.
  4. add in broccoli & sweet potatoes; cook for another 8-10 minutes.
  5. add ground beef & water chestnuts back to skillet.
  6. whisk together all sauce ingredients, then add to skillet & simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  7. garnish with sesame seeds & enjoy.
