this is my take on the classic beef & broccoli, but loaded with extra veggies, flavor, & is easy peasy to throw together. best part is, it requires ONE dish. perfect to throw together for a dinner or have as an easy meal prep for the week.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. to a large skillet, brown ground beef.
  2. once beef is browned, drain excess grease, then transfer beef to a plate.
  3. add frozen peppers & onions to the skillet first & cook for 3-5 minutes.
  4. add in broccoli & sweet potatoes; cook for another 8-10 minutes.
  5. add ground beef & water chestnuts back to skillet.
  6. make a batch of my gluten-free teriyaki sauce, then add to skillet (+ additional water as needed) & simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  7. garnish with sesame seeds & enjoy.
