Baked Salmon with Lemon Herb Mayo
This has quickly become our favorite way to cook salmon for a delicious fish recipe every time you are looking to get more fish in your diet. It is quick and easy, but full of so much flavor, and the mayo makes for a tender and creamy fish.
Ingredients
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Wild Caught Salmon Filet
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Mayonnaise - Primal Kitchen
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice, the juice of half a lemon
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Organic Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix - Primal Palate

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to bake at 375 degrees.
- Place your salmon filets, skin side down, in a medium sized baking dish that has four walls so that the sauce does not leak over the sides while cooking.
- In a small mixing bowl, stir together the mayo, Garden Ranch Seasoning, and fresh lemon juice.
- Spoon the mayo mixture equally over your salmon filets, and spread evenly over the salmon.
- Place a couple thin slices of fresh lemon on each salmon filet if desired.
- Place the salmon in the oven to bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the fish reads 145 degrees fahrenheit.
- Remove from the oven, and enjoy.
Notes
We used 8.5 ounce portions of salmon, but you could use a bit more fish if you'd like, and spread the mayo mixture a bit thinner over the fish.
