Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Place a pan on the stove over medium heat and drizzle in one tablespoon of olive oil. Wash and chop your yellow onion and jalapeno pepper and add to the pan once the oil is hot. Sautee for 2-3 minutes or until softened. Then add your ground chicken and cook about 90% of the way.
  2. Into your slow cooker add the cannellini beans, red kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chicken & veggie mixture, and spices. Stir to combine. In a measuring cup, combine the barbecue sauce and bone broth. Pour into the crockpot.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  4. Serve and top with shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese, sour cream, and avocado!
