Berry Bunnies
chocolate and strawberries are good on their own… but when you add vegan marshmallows, it’s just a whole other vibe 🤌🏼🤌🏼
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Strawberries, washed and stem removed
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz White Chocolate, Melt with 1 tsp coconut oil to make it more spreadable

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Mini Marshmallows, Cut in half

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Marshmallows, Jumbo, Cut diagonally in half, and then in half again

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sprinkles, We used pink sanding sugar

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dip your strawberries in the melted white chocolate and lay on the parchment paper.
- Take your mini marshmallow halves and dip them into the pink sanding sugar. Press one half on each strawberry and hold it for a few seconds to stick.
- Take your larger marshmallow quarters. Dip them into the pink sanding sugar. Press them onto the strawberry tops for 2 bunny ears.
- Put in the freezer for 10 minutes and then put in the fridge. Enjoy!
