- 1-2 cups1-2 cups1-2 cups Beef Broth
- Salt, to taste/health needs

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Sear chuck roast if desired. Add ingredients to the slow cooker, stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve as a stew, or over mashed potatoes, rice, couscous, quinoa, pasta, or wrapped in warm tortillas.
