- 2 - 3 tsp2 - 3 tsp2 - 3 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Almond Extract

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt
