Blueberry White Choc Overnight Weetbix
Ingredients
For the base:
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Weetabix, crushed
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Milk, any works fine!

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Blueberries
For the yoghurt layer:
- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, or yoghurt of choice

For the white choc layer:
- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces White Chocolate

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Milk

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Plain Greek Yogurt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine the weetbix, milk and maple syrup into a container, and press down until firm.
- Mash the blueberries and spread over the weetbix base.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the yoghurt layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over the blueberry layer.
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted. Whisk in milk and yoghurt until smooth and slightly thick (whisk immediately to avoid clumps).
- Spread evenly over the yoghurt layer and top with extra blueberries.
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 15 mins) and enjoy!
