Banana Bread Overnight Weetbix
Ingredients
For the base:
- 3 pieces3 pieces3 pieces Weetabix
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Banana, mashed
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Milk, whatever milk floats your boat

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional

- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Banana, sliced
Yoghurt layer:
- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, or whatever yoghurt you lurv !!
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Banana Cream Pie Premium Almond Protein – Macro Mike, I used Banana PaddlePop for this one!!
Toppings
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Peanut Butter, optional, BUT important for a serve of healthy fats to make this a balanced breakfast to keep you energised, full and satiated !!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine the weetbix, half a banana (banana), spices, milk and maple syrup into a container, and press down until firm.
- Slice the other half of the banana and spread the pieces over the weetbix base.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the yoghurt layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the sliced banana.
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 15 mins).
- When ready to eat, serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a generous dollop of peanut butter. Most importantly, enjoy!!
