All the cosy flavours of banana bread, but in an easy overnight weetbix. This one is creamy, simple, sweet, and perfect for mornings when you want breakfast already sorted !!

For the base:

Yoghurt layer:

  • 0.666 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, or whatever yoghurt you lurv !!
  • 2 Tbsp Banana PaddlePop Protein Powder - Macro Mike, use code AMB-CHENOA to save !!

Toppings

  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter, optional, BUT important for a serve of healthy fats to make this a balanced breakfast to keep you energised, full and satiated !!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine the weetbix, half a banana (banana), spices, milk and maple syrup into a container, and press down until firm.
  2. Slice the other half of the banana and spread the pieces over the weetbix base.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yoghurt layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the sliced banana.
  4. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 15 mins).
  5. When ready to eat, serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a generous dollop of peanut butter. Most importantly, enjoy!!
