Kinder Bueno Inspired Protein Balls
Ingredients
For the Base
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Oat Flour, (Can use Oats, then blend into a fine flour)

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Almond Meal
- 50 grams50 grams50 grams Chocolate Protein Powder, Chocolate Hazelnut works best, however, can use any flavour you like!
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Bueno Hazelnut Chocolate Candy Bars - Kinder, 4x single strips (finely chopped and blended)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Nutella, Melted
- 2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup - Cary's
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Milk, Optional, as needed for texture

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt

For the Glaze
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 25 grams25 grams25 grams Dark Chocolate, Melted

- In a bowl, mix oat flour, almond meal, protein powder, and salt.
- Add chopped Kinder Bueno, melted Nutella, and maple syrup.
- Mix, then add milk gradually until a soft dough forms.
- Roll into balls and place in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Mix yoghurt with melted chocolate, then drizzle over the balls.

Optional: top with crushed hazelnuts for extra Kinder Bueno vibes
