No bake, melt in your mouth batter bark dough, with a creamy chocolates ganache topping, perfectly complimented with a chocolate crunch. Gluten free, high protein, and no refined sugar, although your guests would never know!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine dough ingredients together, then fold in mini dark chocolate chips (I love pascha 85% dark chips)
  2. Press onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper in desired shape and thickened level
  3. Heat dark chocolate chips with coconut oil until melted, then mix in drippy peanut butter until combined
  4. Spread on top of cookie dough, and sprinkle on Nana Joes granola and flakey sea salt
  5. place in the fridge for 2 hours or freezer at least 45min
  6. Use a football cookie cutter for the fun shape, or just break into desired pieces, and enjoy!
  7. Pipe a little bit of organic vanilla icing for the fun football details
  8. Store in the fridge or freezer
