  1. Place tofu, maple syrup, protein powder, salt, and vanilla into a food processor
  2. Using a double boiler method, melt chocolate chips while stirring consistently
  3. Once melted, add to the food processor and blend until smooth (1-2 minutes)
  4. Pour into small bowls and add toppings of your choice
