Burger Bowls
These Burger Bowls are just so fun, easy and so delicious that I could eat it once a week! All in one pan and so many flavors. Everyone likes to put their own spin on this dish and mine is in the sauce. I also like to saute the onions rather than serving them raw as it just elevates the flavor of the beef. Dill pickles are a must for the full on burger effect! Of course there is bacon too. The whole family will love this one! I promise!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Onion, red or yellow, peeled & sliced thin
- 8 pieces8 pieces8 pieces Bacon, cut in 1" pieces
- 2 head2 head2 head Romaine Lettuce, chopped & divided into 4 bowls
- 1 pint1 pint1 pint Cherry Tomato, cut in half
- 12 pieces12 pieces12 pieces Dill Pickle Slices, or more to taste
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Ketchup, unsweetened
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 4 pieces4 pieces4 pieces Dill Pickle Slices, diced small
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dill Pickle Juice
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Onion Flakes (Dehydrated Onion)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, whisk well and set aside
- Cook bacon in skillet till crispy & move to paper towel lined bowl
- **DO NOT** discard drippings
- Add onion to pan & cook till just browning & move to bowl lined with paper towel
- Cook beef in same pan till browned
- Divide beef into 4 servings on top of lettuce bowls
- Divide bacon, onions, pickles & tomatoes
- Add sauce
- Enjoy!
