Calming Mocktail
This is a natural way to help your body and muscles relax and I find it helps improve my sleep quality too. I also like to add a scoop to my herbal tea at night as a healthy night cap. Magnesium is a mineral many of us are commonly depleted in and it’s a great alcohol free chill out.

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix the juice and magnesium powder first in your mocktail glass.
- Then slowly pour in the rest of sparkling water or ginger drink. The carbonation with magnesium can make it overflow, so just mix slowly.
- Add any more juice flavours or garnish you like, such as orange juice, frozen fruit or lemon.
