Cashew Cookie Smoothie
This smoothie is a good one! It’s packed with healthy fats, veggies, and quality carbohydrates! It has a mix of everything and is great for your baby, toddler or even you! If you’re making it for you, add some protein powder to it and let it be a full on meal!
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Raw Cashews
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Medjool Dates
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cauliflower
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz Ice Water
